About me and my practice
As an Adult, Child, Young Person, Couple and Family/Systemic Counsellor, I bring a lot of experience and a vast range of skills to support a wide range of people and presentations, from suicide and self-harm, depression and anxiety to trauma and self-identity work. I work with the cognitive, emotional, and social factors to support a holistic care plan.

Fees
Individual Sessions £40
Couples, EMDR, Child and ASD Sessions £50
You can pay via PayPal, a direct bank transfer or in cash. Concessionary rates are available for students and qualified counsellors wanting to explore personal therapy. As a previous Counselling lecturer, I like to support personal development. Children & family systemic work charged Couples fees.

Monday-Friday, 9-5 pm usually. Exceptional circumstances for evening or weekend sessions will be considered but not guaranteed.
